Pathway to professional careers
CBES has a long history of employing apprentices and providing work experience to youth. We have developed a management apprenticeship programme which delivers a pathway to professional careers. The construction industry is historically male dominated. As part of our commitment to bringing more women into the engineering sector we employed 4 female management apprentices in our Refrigeration division who went on to achieve professional qualifications in project management.

Supporting the local supply chain
CBES has 8 offices throughout the UK where we deliver 100s of projects which require services from the supply chain. We make it our aim to build relationships with local suppliers to benefit the community in the immediate vicinity. We regularly hold supply chain workshops as a means to meet and greet new suppliers.
