Our Facilities Management service grew out of long-term partnerships with some of the UK's best-known organisations. We deliver planned, reactive and statutory hard maintenance across the UK, focused on keeping your buildings compliant, extending asset life and reducing disruption for the people who use them.
We work with multi-site estates and large individual sites in retail, distribution and logistics, education, healthcare, utilities, heritage and the wider public sector. Each service is built around your estate, your priorities and your budget, and our own multi-skilled engineers deliver most of the work.
Public sector clients can appoint us through frameworks including the Government Commercial Agency's Facilities Management and Security Services framework (RM6378, Lot 2a), Scotland Excel and Everything Estates.
