We've worked with Co-op at its busy Lea Green distribution centre in St Helens for several years, delivering improvement projects while the depot keeps running. Our latest works included drainage and concrete slab improvements in the yard, phased around vehicle movements and deliveries, with progress reviewed daily with the depot team so operations carried on as normal.
We're also installing new access staircases and replacing ceiling panels to give maintenance teams safe access to high-level areas of the depot. Close coordination with the depot team and the other contractors on site, and careful safety planning, keep the work moving safely.
